party intermediaries. Prior to
joining Cohen & Steers in 2014,
Kristen spent four years at J.P.
Morgan Asset Management as a
member of the U.S. Subadvisory
National Accounts team. Prior to
that, she was at Goldman Sachs
Asset Management servicing 昀椀xed
income portfolios for various
types of institutional clients.
Kristen has a BA in Economics
from Bucknell University and is
based in New York.

David Driscoll, Senior Vice President,
Relationship Manager, is focused on
working with the 昀椀rm’s institutional
clients in North America. He has 16
years of experience. Prior to joining
the 昀椀rm in 2014, Mr. Driscoll was with
UPRR Securities, where he worked
in business development. He has a
BA from Connecticut College and is
based in New York.
Daniel Ha昀昀ord, Senior Vice President,
Senior Relationship Manager Strategic
Partnerships Group, has 18 years
of industry experience working
with RIA, bank trust and wealth
management intermediaries. Prior
to joining Cohen & Steers in 2011,
Mr. Ha昀昀ord was a senior wealth
consultant with UBS, and previously
held similar sales and marketing
roles at Bank of America. He has a
BS from Clemson University and is
based in New York.
