President, is Head of North America
Institutional Distribution. He has
more than 25 years of experience.
Prior to joining the 昀椀rm in 2020, Mr.
Sharon was global head of business
development at Gramercy Funds
Management, responsible for the
昀椀rm’s marketing, distribution and
investor relations e昀昀orts. Previously,
he was with OFI Global Asset
Management and Bank of America
Merrill Lynch. Mr. Sharon has a BS
from Florida Atlantic University and
is based in New York.
Charles Wenzel, Senior Vice
President, is Head of Retirement. He
has 34 years of 昀椀nancial industry
experience. Prior to joining the 昀椀rm in
2016, Mr. Wenzel was with Ascensus,
the largest independent retirement
and college savings services provider
in the United States, where he served
as Senior Vice President, Institutional
Sales. Previously, he served at BISYS
Retirement Services, Seligman
Advisors, and Trust Consultants.
Mr. Wenzel has a BS from Indiana
University and is based in New York.
