Emily B. Conte, Executive Vice
President, Head of Strategic
Partnerships, Alternatives for Wealth,
has 19 years of industry experience
working with wealth management
and independent intermediaries.
Prior to joining Cohen & Steers in
2011, Mrs. Conte served as Director
and National Accounts Relationship
Manager with Columbia
Management. Prior to that, she
was a National Accounts Manager
with RiverSource Investments and
Seligman Advisors. She has a BA
from George Washington University
and is based in New York.

Marc Haynes, Senior Vice President,
is Head of International Institutional
Distribution. He has 23 years
of industry experience. Prior to
joining Cohen & Steers in 2016, Mr.
Haynes was a managing director
at Greenwich Associates, where
he led the 昀椀rm’s global investment
management practice. Previously,
he headed the life and pensions
investment o昀케ce at Friends
Provident and held a number of
distribution roles at Schroders.
Mr. Haynes has an MA from the
University of Edinburgh and is based
in London.
Matthew Pace, Executive Vice
President, is Head of Global
Relationship Management. He has
23 years of experience. Prior to
joining the 昀椀rm in 2007, he was
a principal at State Street Global
Advisors and a member of the
Tuckerman Group, SSgA’s real
estate investment management
昀椀rm. Previously, Mr. Pace was
a principal in SSgA’s Global
Structured Products Group. Mr.
Pace has two BA degrees from
Hobart College. He is based in
New York.
