ERGs supporting our culture
The Women’s Exchange has been instrumental in empowering
employees by creating spaces for professional and personal
development. Through its Career Development Series, the group
launched targeted training programs on speaking up and negotiating
with con昀椀dence, reinforcing the 昀椀rm’s commitment to career
advancement. Recognizing the importance of 昀椀nancial literacy, it also
introduced sessions focused on 昀椀nancial empowerment, equipping
employees with tools to build long-term security. These e昀昀orts not
only support individual growth but also strengthen the 昀椀rm’s culture of
support and mentorship.
The Diversity Alliance is committed to fostering awareness and
camaraderie by creating inclusive opportunities for all employees to
engage with a wide range of cultural and historical topics. A collaboration
with The Petrucci Family Foundation underscored the importance of
amplifying underrepresented voices in the arts, while curated experiences
like the Harlem Renaissance and Transatlantic Modernism exhibit at the
Met provided employees with deeper insights into cultural movements
that have shaped society. By engaging in these experiences together,
employees broaden their perspectives and build stronger, more inclusive
professional relationships.
CNS University serves as a platform for junior employees to champion
their contributions and successes across the 昀椀rm while engaging
with colleagues. Its sessions reinforce the value of cross-functional
collaboration, o昀昀ering employees a deeper understanding of both the
昀椀rm’s strategic direction and the role they play in promoting innovation
and engagement. By providing access to subject matter experts,
CNS University strengthens the connection between professional
development and the 昀椀rm’s success.
The Social Collective shapes the 昀椀rm’s culture by creating spaces for
informal connection and cross-team relationship-building. Its e昀昀orts
focus on strengthening the sense of belonging across the 昀椀rm through
shared experiences that bring colleagues together in authentic ways.
A steady cadence of programming, including long-standing favorites
such as Thanksgiving Lunch and Summer Cool Down, reinforces
the importance of community and connection in a high-performing
environment. By providing opportunities to engage beyond day-to-day
work, the Social Collective helps cultivate a workplace culture that values
collaboration, inclusivity and shared experience.
