introduced a monthly Investment Ideas Meeting that
brings together diverse perspectives from across the
昀椀rm. This open forum encourages employees at all
levels to share themes, surface insights, and contribute
to our investment dialogue.
Earth Day, an ERG-led e昀昀ort, has also grown into a
global initiative with broad-based participation and
programming that connects sustainability to our
daily work.
