OUR PEOPLE AND CULTURE
We o昀昀er a range of programs designed to
strengthen our talent pipeline and equip early-career
professionals with the skills needed to thrive in the
industry. These include summer internships for
undergraduate and MBA students, as well as full-time
associate programs that provide structured training
and development for individuals joining us directly
from campus. Our People and Talent Function is led
by the Chief Human Resources O昀케cer, who reports
directly to the CEO. The Head of Talent oversees our
global talent management programs, including talent
acquisition, learning and development initiatives,
career pathing programs, as well as e昀昀orts to
sustain a culture of inclusion. The Human Resources
team is responsible for both our people strategy
and functional execution, and includes specialists
across talent acquisition, people analytics, talent
management, employee engagement, compensation,
bene昀椀ts, and wellness.
Our approach to talent management is centered
around these core objectives:
